Q. How do I make a reservation?
A. You can make a reservation by contacting us or by calling
(832) 755-0946 Michelle or Houston Event Planning Line at
(713) 541-1000.

Q. How early do I make a reservation?
A. We recommend 45 to 60 days before the event to ensure your selections will be available.

Q. Can I change my reservation later?
A. To avoid a 25% stocking fee, we recommend 48 hours notice from the date in your contract.

Q. How much is the delivery charge?
A. Standardized rates are available upon calling one of our friendly customer service representatives.

Q. Do rentals include set up?
A. Dance floors, columns, and stages have the set up included. Please call for set up charges for all other items not listed.

Q. Do you do early morning and late night deliveries? And weekends?
A. Yes, we do deliver 24 hours. Please contact one of our representatives to set up your delivery time. After hours deliveries will result in after hour fees.

Q. What if an item was damaged or ruined while under my care?
A. You will be charged for the replacement of that item.

Q. Can I pick up rental items the day before my event?
A. Mostly yes. Please contact us first for availability.

Q. What credit cards do you accept?
A. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A 3.5% service fee will be added to the payments made by these cards.

Q. How else can I pay?
A. Company checks and money orders are accepted.

Q. What about deposits?
A. At least half of the payment written on the contract. Deposits are required upon the signing or the contract in order to hold the reservation

Q. Do I have to wash the linens and the dishes that I rent?
A. No. You must clean the plates free of food and place them back in the appropriate containers that we supplied them in. If they are not clean of food or if they are not in their proper container or if the containers are missing or damaged, there will be additional charges. The same goes for the linens. Please make sure there are no candle wax drippings or holes on them.

Q. Do you charge for late returns?
A. Any rental returns after the due date will be charged at a daily rate.
